Looking to join a clan

Hey folks, I'm looking for a friendly, fun clan to join. I'm hoping to find a group of like-minded (mature) players to game with, and hopefully improve my game as well! Being in games with a bunch of people without mikes running around doing their own thing is getting to be a bit old, I'd like to get with some players who want to drum up some decent tactics and work together.
